Terrace
We created a path from the porch to the terrace. This entailed building some steps down from the porch, then cutting a path to lead to the concrete steps up to the terrace. The only other way to the terrace is through the Master Bedroom. Not a good idea for visitors. Click on the image to enlarge - use your "back button" to return
Breakfast
Breakfast on the terrace. At this time of day, 10:00, it's usually about 32 deg. C with a light breeze which makes it very pleasant.
The Furniture
The sofa - Setee and the table were made on site. The table is from solid hard wood and the Sofa - Setee is mostly Marine Plywood with Hard Wood strengthening, glued and screwed. Designed and constructed by ourselves.
Concrete Steps
These steps were from our own design and cast in situ. They are self supporting and so far have been a success. My first attempt at cast re-inforced concrete. Watch this space!
Hammock
The Hammock is not my own design but it has worked well. Made from local hard wood.

Terrace Path
Path around to the terrace steps. This photo is before I built the sofa or table.
